Welcome to my shop! By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this site.

General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your location or have permission from a legal guardian. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Products & Preorders

All items sold in my shop are preorder items unless otherwise stated. Processing times are estimates and are clearly noted in each product description and on my Shipping & Processing page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these processing timelines.

Because items are produced and packaged specifically for each order, all sales are final.

Pricing & Payments

I reserve the right to update pricing, correct errors, or cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies or technical issues at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Shipping

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and may vary. Once an order has shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of my control.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

I am not responsible for delays, returns, or non-delivery due to customs processing or unpaid duties. Orders will not be refunded due to refusal to pay customs fees or tariffs.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final.
I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Chargebacks & Fraud

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact me directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through communication. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting me may result in being permanently banned from making future purchases from my shop. Fraudulent, unjustified, or abusive chargebacks will be fully disputed with supporting documentation, including but not limited to order confirmations, shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and correspondence. I reserve the right to cancel future orders, refuse service, and block access to my shop for customers who engage in chargeback abuse, harassment, or violations of these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my products or this website. All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Caitlin Christine and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
