Shipping & Processing Information

Thank you so much for shopping my store and supporting my work 🤍 I truly appreciate every order and want to be as transparent as possible about shipping and processing times.


Preorder Information

All items in my shop are preorder items, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This means items are created, printed, and prepared after your order is placed.

Each product listing includes an estimated processing or shipping timeframe. In general, processing times are 3-4 weeks, though some items may have a specific estimated ship window listed in the description. Please be sure to review the product description carefully before purchasing.


Processing Time

Processing time includes:

  • Professional printing of calendars and prints
  • Quality checks
  • Hand-signing items
  • Writing thank-you cards
  • Packaging and preparation for shipment

I am a one person business, and every order is packed with a great deal of care and attention to detail! While I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times may occasionally vary due to printing schedules, holidays, or high order volume.


Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Envelope, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times after dispatch are determined by the carrier and are outside of my control. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package is in transit.


Customs, Duties & Tariffs (International Orders)

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country’s customs office.

I have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Orders will not be refunded or canceled due to customs charges, delays, or refusal to pay applicable duties or tariffs.

 

Thank You Cards

Each order includes one handwritten thank you note per order, not per item. These notes are written and packaged by me personally and are meant as a small token of appreciation for your support! 

 

Order Updates

If there are any unexpected delays beyond the stated timeframe, I will always do my best to communicate directly via email. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of preorder and made to order items, all sales are final.


No Refunds or Cancellations

  • I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed
